During my time at Matte Projects we really tried to rethink the way we do our new hire posts. We wanted to make them more playful with fun and ironic office core imagery, and design it in a familiar format such as a newspaper job posting.This redesign ended up being a more eyecatching and engaging twist to something that was usually boring and informational.
